You install Feem for Windows just like you install all other software on Windows.
Grab the Installer from https://feem.io, and install Feem for Windows on your system.

The Windows Store version of Feem has way more limitations regarding file and folder permissions, and is thus not recommended compared to the Windows Installer version.
Feem for Mac comes as a DMG file. Once you grab the Feem for Mac installer file, double click on it to mount the DMG file. Then drag and drop the Feem icon into the Applications Folder.

Feem v4 on Linux requires a 64bit Linux Operating System. The installer for Feem is distributed as a .AppImage .
AppImage files do not need to be installed.
You also do not need root to run Feem on Linux.
